SCHEDULE YOUR IN-PERSON TAX APPOINTMENT
Have your taxes prepared in-person while sitting directly across from a tax professional. The vast majority of clients leave the office with their taxes completed and in-hand.
In-person scheduling — below, you’ll have an opportunity to pick your appointment time. But before that, let’s go over a few housekeeping items.
Pink Harbor, CPA remains one of the rare CPA firms that still offers in-person tax preparation. Doing so gives you the ability to sit directly across the desk from a tax practitioner as they finalize your tax return. In most cases, you will leave our office with your tax return in-hand.
Your time is valuable. So, you want the time that you’re meeting with us to be spent discussing your unique tax situation. Together, we can identify any deduction or credits you may be entitled to. For that reason, you’ll provide your documents to us 48 hours ahead of your appointment time. When picking your appointment time please pick a time that you think that you can keep and bring all of your tax documents with you. Doing so also allows our staff to identify any documents you may have forgotten to give us, and subsequently allows for all the boring data entry work done prior to your appointment time. Subsequently, your in-person appointment time will be spent as efficiently as possible.
Pink Harbor, CPA offers a wide array of ways to conveniently provide your documents to us, including our secure portal, dropping them off our office, faxing the documents or mailing them to us.
We take great pride in our clean and spacious offices. When you come in, we want you to feel at home. For that reason, help yourself to our beverage bar. Make yourself a coffee, a tea, some hot chocolate, enjoy some biscotti, and then come in and let’s do your taxes.
Getting sick is very unpredictable. If you begin not feeling well prior to your appointment time, there’s no reason to cancel or reschedule. Our staff can easily switch you to virtual appointment at the last minute if need be.
Lastly, after you schedule your in-person appointment you are going to get an email that has a link to a YouTube video. Please watch that video in its entirety. The video will have some pertinent tax information about your upcoming appointment, including a list of what documents you should provide to us.
