  • 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (No Wednesdays or Weekends)

We are seeking an analytical and highly motivated Tax Analyst Intern to assist with preparing tax returns during our busy tax season.

  • Opportunity for practical tax preparation experience.
  • Collect, organize, and input data necessary for tax returns and move them to the next stage of review.
  • You’ll need colossal initiative and be fast on your feet.

⏰ Work Schedule:

  • Preference: One person working 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Flexibility: Part-time and Saturday work may be available.

  • Must lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., paper cases).
  • Requires sitting for extended periods.
  • Use of a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to see small print on paper and dual monitors.

πŸŽ“ Training Provided:

  • Monday.com: CRM system.
  • Squarespace Scheduling: Client scheduling tool.
  • Drake Portals: Secure file transfer portal.
  • Zoom: Remote visual client meetings.
  • FoxIt: PDF creation software.

🌟 Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $16/hour.
  • PTO: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (as per NJ State requirements).
