Can’t make it into the office? Unable to do a Virtual appointment? We have you covered! We offer drop off and pick up services. You can either drop all of your tax documents off at our office, we can have someone come and pick everything up from you (for an additional fee) or you can mail us your information. A representative will contact you once all of your information is in our hands and schedule a time for an in-depth phone interview. The preparer will then begin your return using the documents you gave us. The preparer will contact you at your pre-scheduled appointment time via telephone and give you and in-depth phone interview and review the return with you via telephone. You can then come into our office to pick up your return, we can drop it off (for an additional fee) or you can virtually sign & pay and we will mail your return to you.
