Heroes Request Form

Pink Harbor, CPA is grateful for those who gave selfishly gave of themselves to served in our Nation's military. As a small thank you, Pink Harbor, CPA makes available 12 free income tax preparation services each year. The request form for this year is currently open and will remain open until November 30, 2017. Selections are made randomly among  all requests. Requests not selected are placed on a wait list and chosen if a recipient chooses not to redeem their voucher.
